Please be advised that the filing deadline for appeals of the 2025 assessment with the DuPage County Board of Review was November 24th, and the appeal period is now closed.

Our office is currently processing appeals submitted within the prescribed deadline. Individuals who were unable to file an appeal this year may submit evidence for consideration during the next assessment cycle; the review period for the 2026 assessments will begin in the spring.
