If you filed an appeal for the 2024 Assessment Year, the Board of Review will be mailing you a decision notice by the end of March. Our office does not receive a copy of your notice. Please contact the Board of Review at (630) 407-5888 with questions about your hearing notice.
If you disagree with the Board of Review’s decision, your next step would be to file an appeal with the Property Tax Appeal Board (PTAB). To appeal with PTAB, you must file within 30 days of the date on the Board of Review Notice. Instructions and information about the next steps in the appeal process will be in the notice the Board of Review sends you at the end of March.
